The foundation for excellent cooking is good knives paired with great knife skills. Proper knife technique will streamline your meal prepping and improve the overall appearance and flavor of the food you make. Come learn to give your cooking a real "edge" while we discuss selecting, maintaining and using knives properly. Then you'll have a chance to practice a variety of classic cuts like julienne, mincing, bruniose, and chiffonade - and learn what kinds of recipes lend themselves to each cut. This is an invaluable class for all skill levels.
Knives will be provided for you.
