It’s time to turn our kitchen into the Desert’s finest Tapas bar! Chef Aaron Kieffer from the acclaimed East Meets West Catering company shares his tips and techniques for preparing amazing Spanish cuisine.

Tapas are tiny Spanish dishes packed with flavor, color and texture. They are meant to be shared with family and friends, ordering multiple small plates over the course of a meal in a “Tapas Bar”. Aaron will share with you some of our favorite delicious recipes and tempt you with some Super Delicioso Sangria – what an amazing evening!
